After signup, you get a public URL (subdomain.quickreserve.net). Clients visit, pick a service, see real-time availability, choose a slot, and book. You and the client both get a confirmation; the slot vanishes from public availability.
Can I use my own domain?
The booking page uses subdomain.quickreserve.net. You can link to it from your main website with a "Book Now" button. Direct custom domains for the booking page aren't supported in this version.
How do reminders work?
Reminders go out automatically before each scheduled appointment so clients show up. This is one of the biggest benefits — no-shows are real money lost, and a reminder is the cheapest way to fix it.
Can multiple staff members have their own schedules?
Yes. Each provider has their own services, their own hours, their own calendar. Clients can book "any available" or pick a specific provider.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes. Add as many locations as you need; each can have its own staff, services, and hours. The booking page asks the client to pick a location first.
Can I collect intake info or custom data at booking?
Yes. Custom forms let you ask the questions you actually need answered — intake questions, allergy info, project details, file uploads — and you can use different forms for different services.
Can clients pay through the booking page?
Direct in-page payment isn't built into this version. You can include a Stripe / PayPal / Square payment link in the booking confirmation or service description if you want clients to pay before they arrive.
Can I add my own logo and branding to the booking page?
Yes. Drop your logo, set your brand colors, and add your business name from the dashboard — that's what shows up on the public booking page and the confirmation emails your clients receive.
How long does setup take?
Activation is fast — you receive a welcome email with login details right after purchase. First-time setup of services, hours, and staff usually takes 15-20 minutes.
